INSTRUCTOR FEE
$500 per day (15-20 students)
$350 half day
$10 per student over 20

LECTURE/trunk show FEE:
$300 plus one day teaching

LODGING and FOOD
Private sleeping/bath (will share/conference)
(without cats/non-smoking environment (allergy)
Motel/hotel preferred
Food receipts – roundtrip

TRANSPORTATION: as applied
Roundtrip airfare/luggage tips
41 cents per mile/auto
Parking and to/from San Antonio mileage--150 miles roundtrip
UPS ground freight of samples/supplies (if exceeds 2 bags)

COMPENSATION:
Receivable at close of commitment
